How to Participate
If you are familiar with blog events such as Tuesdays with Dorie, Bookmarked Recipes, Cookie Carnival and others like them, then you know it's a lot of fun!
Here's how it works:
1) Choose a recipe from Annie's or Alicia's (hence the name Cooking with Alicia & Annie!), it can be ANY recipe you want from either site. You may choose multiple recipes, make as many as you want! You should not have a problem finding something to make each month, there are over 10,000 recipes on each site and we are adding more shortly!!
2) Make the recipe, take photos and blog about it. Use "Cooking with Alicia & Annie" and then the recipe name in your blog post title. Link to the recipe on the appropriate website where you got it, you may or may not (whatever you prefer) include the recipe itself in your blog post, that part is up to you. Please also link to this post as the blogging event. [To see an example blog post, click here.] You may also include our graphic if you would like to help spread the word! Just save it from above on the right sidebar and link to this post. :)
3) Come to this blog and look for the current month's blog event post and post a comment with the link to your blog post so I can include you in the round up AND enter you into the drawing for the current month's prize!
You can participate as many times as you like, the more the better. Each recipe you blog about earns you an entry into the drawing. This is an ongoing blog event that will have a bonus prize each month!
This event is sponsored by Alicia's and Annie's Recipes in an effort to make their recipes more presentable with photos. By entering this blog event you grant permission for us to use your photo on either Alicia's or Annie's recipe websites for the recipe that you prepared.
