  4. Today I made Amish Pumpkin Bread from Alicia's.

  5. I made Corned Beef and Cabbage II, it was very yummy. My son even ate a little.

  6. I made apple crisp, it was a quick and easy afternoon snack on a wet, cold, rainy day.

  7. After Tami's pumpkin bread post I wanted to make something pumpkin. I couldn't find my loaf pans (must be in storage since the move) so I made muffins. They were so yummy!

    This fudge was super simple and so good, I will add this to the baskets I take to the neighbors at Christmas.

    This was a great start but I think it could use a tad more lemon. Maybe next time I will try some extract. Still its really good and all gone!

  12. In addition to mixing nuts in I covered the top in circles of nuts to finish it off. I got so many wonderful comments on my pie and it was the first one gone!


    This was an awesome recipe and the first time I had non runny meringue.

    For some reason I can't get my entries to show up. Sorry if this duplicates.
