I made chicken and dumplings for my family for dinner. I'm back on my diet so none for me but I hear it was decent.

We had Mimi's sticky chicken for dinner last night. It was well worth the 5 hours cook time.

Here is a crock pot entry for me. I made broccoli cheese soup. It was great and really easy to make. It also required very few ingredients so it was inexpensive to make. This one's a winner.

http://thisthatandawholelotoffood.blogspot.com/2009/01/cooking-with-alicia-and-annie-red-beans.html

I tried to make a cajun dinner last night of red beans and rice, Cajun chicken strips, and fried pickles (My husband loves those). The beans took SO LONG!!! It didn't work out. Well, they are done now and I tried them today.

This was a crock pot dish.

Thanks!
